Stuttgart Cars Warranty was developed to Porsche cover cars that are no longer covered under the Porsche Factory Warranty Scheme.
The Stuttgart Cars Warranty can be purchased for any Porsche car that is over two years old, but younger than seven years old and has covered less than 120,000kms and has been maintained to the manufacturers standards. Details of the coverage provided are listed in detail on Pages 5 & 6 but in summary; the Warranty will provide the vehicle owner with blanket coverage against premature failure or manufacturer’s defect of all parts that are not considered to be a consumable. The warranty will cover the full cost of parts and labor required for Stuttgart Cars Garage to repair or replace the faulty parts, any consumable items or parts required to complete the repair will be invoiced.
Who Should Buy This Warranty?
Porsche cars are well made from new and have a reputation for reliability and longevity, however parts failures do occur and when they do the repair costs can be high. By purchasing the Stuttgart Cars Warranty an owner can protect themselves from surprise bills in the event of a breakdown; the warranty allows Porsche owners to establish an annual ‘cost of ownership’ for their Porsche car, avoiding costly surprises.
I Want to Modify My Car, Is it Allowed?
We understand that whilst the Porsche Factory produce exceptional cars and allow some level of personalisation in the specification when the car is ordered, this is not enough for many owners and these owners want to modify and personalise their cars during the time that they own them. Any modification carried out at Stuttgart Cars Garage, using SCG supplied parts will be included in the coverage provided under our warranty scheme. We have a range of modifications, upgrades and personalisation options and our warranty scheme is designed to incorporate these offerings. If however a modification is carried out by a third party or using third party parts, this may affect your warranty and you should seek clarification before doing so

Claims could occur in a few different ways;
During routine servicing the mechanics will conduct a thorough inspection of your car and if they find any defect that is covered under the warranty scheme, this will automatically be repair/ replaced at no expense to you whilst the service is carried out and you will be advised of the issue by your service advisor.
If you have an issue with your car that you believe is covered under warranty, bring the car to our workshop, we will examine the issued confirm that it is a warranty item and if it is it will be repaired under warranty and made ready for you.
If the car breaks down and you are unable to bring it to the workshop yourself, call the recovery number on the back of this booklet and one of our recovery trucks will collect the car and bring it to the workshop. Recovery collections for breakdowns covered under warranty free anywhere within the UAE.
Is My Warranty Transferable?
Your warranty covers the car as outlined in this document, it is not transferable to your next vehicle, however if you sell your car the new owner can register his ownership with SCG for a nominal transfer fee and they will benefit from the remaining period of the warranty. The change of ownership must be registered prior to any claim being made.
Can My Warranty be Cancelled for Any Reason?
We do not want to cancel your warranty or refuse a claim, however there are certain conditions under which the warranty may not be valid, such as;
If the car sustains damage, how so ever caused, such as being involved in a Accident, Fire or Flood. (Even after such an event it may be possible to reinstate the warranty following an inspection)
If the car is used Offload or for any Competition or Track Event as these uses produce abnormal wear and tear
If the car is not maintained according to the service schedule outlined in this document or is serviced by a third party and not Stuttgart Cars Garage
If the car is modified without prior approval (some modification may be allowed but with a limitation to the warranty scope)
